This Privacy Policy explains how COCO BUTTONS (PRIVATE) LIMITED ("COCOBUTTONS", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile games and applications we publish on Google Play and other platforms (each, an "App", together the "Apps"). By downloading or using our Apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information we collect

Our games are designed to be played without you creating an account or providing your name. However, some information is collected automatically when you use an App, and some may be collected by the third-party services we use.

Information collected automatically

• Device & technical data: device model, operating system version, language, country/region, device identifiers (such as advertising ID), and app version.
• Usage & gameplay data: levels played, in-game progress, session length, features used, crashes, and performance diagnostics.
• Approximate location: a general (non-precise) location derived from your IP address, used mainly for advertising and analytics.

Information you provide

• Purchases: if you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Google Play. We receive confirmation of the purchase but do not receive or store your full payment card details.
• Support requests: if you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

2. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve our Apps and gameplay experience;
• Save and sync your game progress on your device;
• Display advertising, including personalized or non-personalized ads;
• Process and verify in-app purchases;
• Analyze usage trends, fix bugs, and improve performance;
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or technical issues;
• Respond to your support requests and comply with legal obligations.

3. Advertising & analytics partners

Our Apps are supported by advertising and use third-party tools to understand how the games perform. These partners may collect and process data (such as your advertising ID and usage data) under their own privacy policies. The main partners we work with include:

4. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these situations:

• Service providers & partners: with the advertising, analytics, and infrastructure providers listed above so they can perform services for us.
• Legal reasons: when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of COCOBUTTONS, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case data may be transferred to the successor entity.

5. Children's privacy

Some of our games are rated as suitable for a general audience, including children. Where an App is directed to children, we design it to comply with the Google Play Families policy and applicable children's privacy laws such as COPPA and the GDPR-K.

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is necessary to operate the game.
• In child-directed Apps, advertising is configured to serve non-personalized ads only, and behavioral profiling of children is disabled.
• We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal details such as their name, email address, or precise location.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at farhad@cocobuttons.com and we will delete it.

6. Data retention

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to the retention settings of the relevant partner. Game progress stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the App.

7. Your rights & choices

• Advertising ID: you can reset or delete your advertising identifier, and opt out of ad personalization, in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads on Android).
• Access, correction & deletion: depending on your location (e.g., under the GDPR or CCPA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us.
• Uninstalling: you can stop all further collection by an App by uninstalling it from your device.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International data transfers

We operate from Pakistan and work with partners located in other countries. Your information may be processed in countries whose data-protection laws differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes may be communicated through the App or our website. Your continued use of the Apps after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
